Our Responsibility
 
We are responsible for:
  • Managing server infrastructure

  • Monitoring uptime

  • Maintaining core server-level security

  • Providing stable hosting infrastructure

Your Responsibility
 
 As a hosting client, you are fully responsible for:
  • All content hosted on your website

  • Compliance with applicable laws and intellectual property regulations

  • Safeguarding login credentials

  • Maintaining secure passwords

  • Updating your CMS, themes, and plugins (unless covered by an active maintenance subscription)

  • Maintaining independent backups of your website

Important: Unless explicitly stated in your hosting package, we are not obligated to maintain backups of your website.

You are also responsible for:

  • Timely invoice payments

  • Renewing domains and hosting before expiry

  • Responding promptly to abuse or security notices

  • Complying with our Acceptable Use Policy

While we manage infrastructure, you remain legally and operationally responsible for how your hosting environment is used.

Website Design Services


If we design your website, the design engagement concludes once all agreed revisions and corrections have been completed and approved.

After project completion, the design service is considered fulfilled unless you subscribe to an ongoing Website Maintenance Plan.

Any additional redesign, structural changes, new page creation, or content development will require a new agreement or active maintenance subscription.


Website Maintenance Service


Our Website Maintenance Service is offered as a monthly subscription to ensure your website remains:

  • Secure

  • Updated

  • Optimized

  • Technically stable

Maintenance includes:

  • Software updates

  • Security monitoring

  • Performance checks

  • Technical issue resolution

This service is strictly subscription-based.

If you do not maintain an active maintenance subscription, we are not responsible for updating or maintaining your website.

Client Responsibilities for Maintenance

To enable effective maintenance, you must:

  • Provide accurate access credentials

  • Maintain valid licenses for premium themes/plugins

  • Submit content updates promptly

  • Ensure website content complies with applicable regulations

  • Avoid unauthorized structural changes

  • Maintain active hosting and domain services

While we manage technical upkeep, you remain legally responsible for website content, compliance obligations, and business activities conducted through your site.


Limitation of Liability


In the event of:

  • Data loss

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of revenue

  • Technical failure

  • Security incidents

  • Any other adverse circumstance

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your most recent monthly or annual payment for the relevant service.
